I bought a smart phone at Geekbuying that did not connect to wifi. I did not want to return the device immidiately and asked for advice.

It was Lunar new year and it took them 2 weeks to reply. That way I had passed the time I could return the item. They admitted I received a broken device and told me the manufacturer does not have a working firmware version at the moment. There was a lot of email traffic with that kind of *** talk and each reply took about 1 week, so I also pased the period to open a dispute at Paypal.

Getting sick and tired of it I did a proposal they refused. Well, that communication ends. I do not intent to beg them to take responsibility.

I had the phone repaired somewhere else and started a site to warn other buyers for the Geekbuying, the online scam shop. http://www.geekbuyingscam.com

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $350.

Preferred solution: Take my loss and warn others to avoid Geekbuying.

Geekbuying Cons: Their customer service, Do not take responsebility, Are scammers.
