Bought phone. Delivered.

Its ***, doesnt work. I have to send back shipping to Hong Kong at my OWN expense. I already paid shipping, its not my fault the phone was dead on arrival!

Endless, unanswered emails. What a scam

I experienced the same unethical process. I asked for a refund( $250) after the repaired phone failed. Nothing from Geekbuying sevice.

Lessons learned

Warranty is weak- repair everything and months delays

Geek Service has good intentions, but has no influence over the factory.

Geek Service asks for more funds to complete warranty repair

Factory repair is very expensive($150USD+delivery) and ineffective NA customers are fools No respect for NA contract law
