I bought the LX-1 cell phone from them. It took 1 month to arrive.

It takes 2 weeks for each complaint to be answered and their English is very poor. Sometimes their answers are so far from my question that I wonder if they even understood my question. My phone does not work. The charging port sometimes makes contact and sometimes does not.

The battery does not hold a charge. My phone came all scratched up and the inside parts are falling out.

No manual came with the phone and when they finally sent a manual, it was not for my phone. Yes I know that my phone was inexpensive but it should at least be usable.

Monetary Loss: $25.
