I would like to make a complaint on the poor training that the teller that assisted me has, I am a teller as well at anothe bank, so I know a couple of things as well, but the numer 1 is always customer service, which I did not received, it was around 3pm, when I went to the GECU located on Airway, El Paso, Tx. I went inside because I needed to set up my auto-payment for my car and my credit car, because the app doesn't let me pay thru there, I was there for a good one hour, the lady offered me really poor customer service, she told me that she was going to set up both payments, for my car and credit card, it took her a really long time to explain me and to made me fill in the different forms, that's ok though I am not complaining about the process.

Finally, she said everything was ok and that my 2 automatic payments where ready. I was so happy, but what a great surprise she never actually did it, because when my credit card payment was due, nothing got paid, I went back to ask about what was going on, and another of the tellers told me that gecu does not have credit card auto- payments, and the lady that helped me the last time specifically told me that yes, I could do it. Then the teller told me that my car payment was actually set, but of course it wasn't set either. So I was late for my credit card payment because of the poor customer service and bad knowledge of the basic information about payments of the teller that helped me out.

And as well with my car, because once again, they gave me the wrong information. I do not have a receipt, but it was either 6th or 7th of December, she had medium hair, with curls, and it was thru the customer service line, it was only 3 tellers there.

I don't think it's fair that it will show that I'm late on payments because of the information that the people that work there provided me. My name is Nezule Ozuna my email is naozunap@***.com

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Preferred solution: Fix the dates of my payments, and provide me options on how to make the payments because on the app or website it would not let me..
