Gazelle Sports Return Policy
Return The User's item in-store. Be sure to bring the receipt included in The Client's shipment and the card The Customer used to purchase the item. Soccer Club Uniform items are NOT able to be returned in-store. Pack the items The client is returning along with a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation email that includes The User's order number so the refund can be issued. The Customer will be responsible for the return postage cost. Attach the return label to the package. Cover any existing shipping labels. Please save the tracking number for The Customer's return. Once The Company receive the return the card used for payment will be credited within two business days of when Gazelle Sports receive The Customer's return. Any items returned after 45 days will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card. Place a new order online for the size/item The User would like to exchange.

Gazelle Sports Delivery Policy
Unfortunately, Gazelle Sports are not able to ship internationally. Orders ship out within three to seven business days of the date The Customer's order was placed. Please allow 4 weeks for Soccer Club Uniform orders to ship. Orders for multiple items or multiple quantities of a single item may take longer to assemble and may be shipped in more than one shipment. Orders placed over the weekend or on a Federal Holiday will be processed on the next business day. Shipping charges are not refundable on returned items. The User's order will be acknowledged via email once it has been placed. Once The Client's order is shipped The User of Website will receive a confirmation email including tracking information. Any sold out item(s) in The Client's order will be communicated with The User via email. Website reserve the right to change Gazelle Sports's' free shipping policy at any time without notice.

When The User place an order with Gazelle Sports gazellesports.com collect The Client's name, address, email address, telephone number and credit card information. By joining the Gazelle Sports Herd The User are giving Website permission to keep The User of company services informed of programs, clinics, sales, product launches and other information gazellesports.com think The User of Website may be interested in. gazellesports.com still do not rent or exchange Gazelle Sports's' customer's information with any other vendors. When The Client of Gazelle Sports register for a Gazelle Sports event Website do occasionally share Company's participant lists with other like-minded organizations that sponsor similar events. gazellesports.com will occasionally purchase lists from other events/programs for use in Company's direct mail and email marketing. There is always an option to remove The Client's name from the Herd on Gazelle Sports's' Web site, and any email correspondence gazellesports.com send to The User of company services will provide an option to have The User's name removed from Company's list.
