What are the years on these reviews? I see the year 2009 mentioned in a recently posted very poor review, then in the later comments this person says the issue was resolved and they have since taken two more trips with Gate One which they thoroughly enjoyed.

Could the years be added to the reviews please?

I think the most recent reviews, listed in order, are from 2017, but I'd like to know for sure before I book. I'm looking to book a trip to Iceland early next year (2018) and I'd like to think some of the early poor reviews have resulted in Gate One improving their customer service.

Gate1 travel has poor customer service. I loss $600+ from a booking to an Asian trip which I thought was inclusive of everything but wasn't due to confusing info to their advertising.

Lots of emailing and calls but was given runarounds. Nothing was settled.

Bad experience overall.

Personally will not do business with them.
