Have spent the first two days of our vacation in the airport - we're still here! First day's delay wasn't Gate One's fault -- weather.
Second day we had only a one hour window between flights so of course our first flight was delayed meaning we missed our overseas connection. Great planning Gate One - amateur hour. A call to them just added to the misery - "nothing they can do, blah, blah, blah" all delivered by a loudmouth by the name of Jennifer who yelled her way through the entire conversation. Thanks Jennifer - not only am I out three days of my vacation but I got the pleasure of listening to you yap about Gate One's corporate policy.
A complete nightmare - they have our money - we have no trip.
Just book everything yourself - at least you can trust you. And you won't have to listen to Jennifer's big mouth.
