My mom who is 70 years and do not know how to use a computer have a travel agent book a trip for her, she call to inquire where is her ticket and other information and was told it was email to her daughter, who did not get a call to say the information was sent. on checking on the information she notice that her name was spelled wrong reported immediately and they told her is too late form them to make any changes and her trip is on January 24, 2013.she was told that they will update TSA and notify the cruise line , but can't make any promised that she wont have a problems.Is this an answer you gave a 70 years woman.Anyone have any ideas what I should do to have Gate1travel make the corrections.
