"Guide" in Venice took entire afternoon to hand out hotel keys. She wasted our time & tried our patience.

The gondola ride did not have the promised music & singer. She said the music down river from us was also ours although, we could not hear it. Croatia guide was perfect; knowledgeable, organized, personable.
