We booked a luxury trip to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. Gate1 cancelled our trip because too few people signed up.
They offered a last minute alternative date which did not work for us. We are supposed to receive a full refund but it's now over a week and no credit has been posted to our credit card. This leaves us in the unfortunate position of having to pay the bill in full and then ending up with a huge credit on our card. Gate1 was quick to take our money but they are taking their time to make things right.
Our family has taken 3 enjoyable trips with Gate1 but this experience has changed our opinion. Gate1, you are losing a good customer.
