Did not inform airline of ticket purchase,switched flights after purchase of tour, switch a hotel in one location,one of the days tours was horrible. Customer service was extremely rude, once they have your money they don't care.
One customer service agent stated nothing you can do about your bad trip. Meet other people on different Gate 1 tours crossing the country and they were having the same issues and customer service was of no help. People were not connected with transfer, tours and some missed they cruise ship and could not get Gate 1 customer service to help.
Much less time and energy to plan your own trip.
