We've been with Gate 1 Travel for a tour in Italy, the guide name is Alessandro Ricciardi

- At the first meeting, where after he introduced himself, he invited all the guests to introduce themselves. After the few guests , one of us stand up (representing our group of 8 Asian Americans), introduced herself and she said “ all my friends are from Northern California”.

- Alessandro interrupted the introduction and asked everyone to leave the room for dinner. He offered no explanation why he didn’t want to know about us. We didn’t have a chance to introduce ourselves, and we felt insulted. We felt that Alessandro is very impolite and very un-professional

- In the following days, he keeps ignoring us

- After the trip, I wrote to complaint to the company but they reply only that they will keep an eye on him.
