In May we took this trip. It was our 8th gate 1 trip, 6 were escorted tours.

Usually when we get home we get a survey asking about our trip. This is the first time we never received one. Probably because they had so many complaints about it and didn't want to hear more. If anyone books this trip just hope you don't get Annette as your guide, one of the worst guides in gate 1 history.

Luckily we had a lot of seasoned travels on this trip and made the best of it. She was the most unorganized, unknowlegeable, unpersonable guide I have ever seen or had on any Gate 1 trip taken. We never received name tags.

We finally received luggage tags at the end of the trip. Sure the trips had problems, hotel strike in Norway, accident in a tunnel, those things you can deal with, but a horrible guide can ruin a great vacation.
