I paid 120 dollars for the replacement canopy (which fit perfectly) because their website claims it's "designed to withstand wear and tear from wind and stormy weather" and "The double riplock technology stops a rip in it's tracks" I used it one season in Illinois, stored it indoors over the winter and spring. Put it up in May and it tore within 2 days of mild wind.

Torn in 4 areas and they are 3 inch tears. They offered me a one time open box replacement if I pay shipping.

I'll buy a cheaper replacement next time when this rips. Photos were sent per their request and then I was asked to send a photo of my entire gazebo before they told me how it could be handled.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $120.
