It's February 13th, GB promised to have the local branch reach out to me, they did, I emailed the and so far, ZERO, nothing. I am in the process of looking at the various agencies who govern GB and will be writing them.

Maybe this is the year that someone takes legal action against GB. 2016 will be the year they are exposed for their negligence

In 2013, GB sent me to a QME, 2 months later, I get a detailed report indicating a prescribed method of services for me, GB does not authorize these services from a Qualified Medical Examiner and delays and delays. I go to a pain management Doctor, who prescribes and asks GB to authorize the same services as the QME, GB is negligent in their efforts and uses an attorney to stave off treatment.

So again in 2014, GB tries the same thing, the QME report strongly recommends a course of treatment and again, the out right neglect of GB is profound. In late 2015, GB tries the same thing, another QME and a deposition.

I am planning a social media blitz on GB to expose them in additions to filing a claim with any government agency that will listen to me. If I can get a 100 other people, I will file a class action suit against this negligent firm.

Reason of review: Negligent in adhering to QME.

Monetary Loss: $100000.

Gallagher Bassett Cons: Extremely poor and negligent, Blatant disregard of facts.

Location: Morgan Hill, California

It sounds like there were valid issues with the prior QME's if the State issued two new panels, though it's hard to tell what's going on due to the lack of information provided. If you are unrepresented, and have not already done so, contact the San Jose Workers' Compensation Appeals Board and speak with the Information and Assistance Officer, advising of your concerns.

Speak clearly and provide documented evidence. The I&A officer will give you advice, refer you to an attorney, or, they may help you fill out a request for Mandatory Settlement Conference or Expedited Hearing if it's a treatment issue.

If you can prove that GB is willfully denying treatment, or acting in bad faith, file a Petition for Penalties on the entire class of benefits (medical). Take no ***, and start getting serious, but have your facts straight first.
