Full support of cPanel, Plesk, and Interworx.

The C.E.O. prides himself on using alias names. First when we joined he called himself Mario and recently changed his name to Alexander.

We have been with this hosting company for almost a year and constantly experienced issues with their servers. Recently they advertised their package from $9.95 per month to $3.95 per month.

When we tried to downgrade our package they made all kinds of excuses to not let us downgrade.

We refused to renew our services unless we got the advertised price, and this started a chain of events.

The C.E.O.

Alexander was rude obnoxious and very difficult and when we simply told him to cancel our hosting he decided to suspend our services for not paying the renewal fees plus added an extra $5.00 for late payment fees.

On top of it he refused to give us our clients backup files, and we lost our client as he decided to go to another hosting company.
