Fusionarchosting.com IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST WEB HOSTING COMPANY!
Firstly they are not even using their own hosting servers. they are a reseller of iquidweb.com
Fusion Arc Hosting is a web hosting company that has really bad customer service.
The C.E.O.
prides himself on using alias names. First when we joined he called himself Mario and recently changed his name to Alexander.
We have been with this hosting company for almost a year and constantly experienced issues with their servers. Recently they advertised their package from $9.95 per month to $3.95 per month.
When we tried to downgrade our package they made all kinds of excuses to not let us downgrade.
We refused to renew our services unless we got the advertised price, and this started a chain of events.
The C.E.O. Alexander was rude obnoxious and very difficult and when we simply told him to cancel our hosting he decided to suspend our services for not paying the renewal fees plus added an extra $5.00 for late payment fees.
On top of it he refused to give us our clients backup files, and we lost our client as he decided to go to another hosting company.
If you are looking for valuable host where your data is safe then go find another hosting company as FUSIONARCHOSTING.COM IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST WEB HOSTING COMPANY YOU WILL ENCOUNTER.

There are a lot of affordable and great hosting companies like GoDaddy.com, ionos.com and others.
DO NOT TRUST THIS WEB HOSTING COMPANY WITH YOUR BACK UP FILES THEY WILL BE LOST FOREVER
Frankly speaking I wanted to resolve this issue amicably and just cancel my account and should not have to pay for a whole month of services which I did not even receive.
Seems like they have a reputation of scamming their customers by charging their credit cards without authorization
