These Terms provide that all disputes between The Customer and FrSky will be resolved by BINDING ARBITRATION. The User of Website AGREE TO GIVE UP The Customer's RIGHT TO GO TO COURT to assert or defend The User's rights under these Terms, except for matters that may be taken to small claims court. The Customer's rights will be determined by a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR and NOT a judge or jury, and The User's claims cannot be brought as a class action. Please review Section 17 ("Dispute Resolution and Arbitration") of these Terms for the details regarding The User's agreement to arbitrate any disputes with FrSky. The Client must be at least 13 years of age to access the Site. By agreeing to these Terms, The User of Website represent and warrant to FrSky that: (a) The Customer are at least 13 years of age; (b) The Client of FrSky have not previously been suspended or removed from the Site; and (c) The Customer's access to the Site is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The two antennas are diversity function, only select/auto-switch one better signal receipt antenna working at same time. This design is for improve the signal receipt quality and reliability. The two antennas must be kept as straight as possible. Otherwise, it will reduce the effective range. The two antennas should be placed at 90 degrees to each other. This is not a critical figure. But the most important thing is to keep the antennas away from each other as much as possible. Larger models can have large metal objects that can attenuate the RF signal. In this case, the antennas should be placed at both sides of the model. Then the best RF signal condition is obtained at any flying attitude. The antennas must be kept away from conductive materials, such as metal and carbon by at least a half inch.
