Freelotto - I won FREE LOTTO second prize **300$?? Did I????
Is www.freelotto.com a scam??
I claimed my winnings since I got 5 out of 6 numbers, second prize of 300$, I sent them e-mail with TSN nr and winning nrs and the date of winning,,The sent me a letter by mail from the following address:
420 Lexington Ave.,Ste.1648, New York, NY 10170
Tel: 212 931-****
e-mail: prizesadmin@***.com
The sponsor is : PlasmaNet,Inc.
Several times I won 5$ prizes, and more than 20 times I won 1$ prizes,,
Once I won 4 draws (1$) each in a period of less than 35 days, I e-mailed them, I got an answer, they said well 4$ is not worth it..if you better you donate them (!!) They suggested ( actually decided) what should I do!! later I won prizes of 5$ , again 1 $, like many, but I did not contact them, till I won the 300$ prize....They asked me to send photo and ID photocopy and a notarized Affidavit(?!!)..Mmmmm>>well the prize is 300 bucks, its not a million$!!!!! you want me pay like 100$s and wait 3 months till I "might receive" my prize???? that's ridiculous and frustrating!!
Moreover, I think I need a justified answer and clarification for the following:
Why the Affidavit is a form of two pages and should be stamped (notarized) on the second page? I think this gives chance to suspect it since the first page could be easily replaced while you have the signature and the NOTARY stamp on the second page, knowing that you ask for passport photocopy or driver's license photocopy,,,and a photo! having these documents with the photocopy, many thing could be done!!!
Since I am using my e-mail, receiving your e-mails and answering them, you have tel NR, isn't that enough???
I understand that, you could be legitimate and I want to believe that, but this way is like pushing people who win prizes lower than 10000$ to renounce and forget about it,,and this does not help building your credibility, even with tens of pictures on your website YOU tell us that they won' but we don't know any of them!

I had the exact same scenario happen . Twice I won $5.00 which they sent me in the form of a postcard cheque but recently I matched 5 out of 6 for a supposed $300 win..
went through the whole affidavit thing but have yet to see a Cheque in the mail .
I spoke with " Sonya Romain " a few times over the phone but for some reason I'm thinking things aren't jiving so if it's my identity they are trying to steal , have I got a surprise for them ! Lol It's worth nothing !
I play FreeLotto as much as possible, and I won a $1 price, but since I Subscribed to the FreeLotto DOUBLER. I actually won $2, and they did ask me if I wanted to give the money to a Charity.
I told them ,"NO,I AM A CHARITY, BECAUSE I'M PERMANENTLY DISABLED."
About a month later, I finally saw that they put the $2 on my Credit Card, that I used to sign up with. So, I did get my money from FreeLotto. I found this letter, because I had 4 out of 6 numbers correct on the Fast Cash Game, and all I could find out is that only 1person can Win and that you have to have all 6 out of 6numbers to be able to Win. They said that there's no secondary prizes for the game Fast Cash.
Well I hope that you can still get your $300 , but I'm pretty sure that in the rules of FreeLotto, that it states that you have to report your prize within 30 days of Winning and you have to report it EXACTLY THE WAY THAT THEY SAY IN THE RULES.
If you have 1 little mistake on your Email, they won't give you any money at all. That's all I know,
Sincerely,
FEEL SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS OF THE MONEY, BUT I THINK THAT FREELOTTO SHOULD STILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND GIVE YOU SOMETHING IN RETURN FOR YOUR $300 LOSS!!!!
Have to say, as long as you pay attention to the rules, I play a lot and of course because of the odds win a lot of $1 which they always send me within the window. I have won $5 a bunch of times, same thing.
I won the $300 pot and I don't remember having to submit a notarized affidavit maybe I did but don't think so. Anyway it took a little longer to get paid on that one but they delivered. I have no issues whatsoever. Hey, it's FREE lotto!
I always wonder about the big wins and what kind of legitimate checks exist there. I would like to think they're totally on the level but not personally knowing any of the big winners, short of contacting them directly, who the heck knows.
I still play. I like to think they're on the level.
I contacted them several times, they insisted to get some papers which made me doubt them, I thought they might use the affidavit which they send you by mail for some other reasons(!!) because the affidavit to be signed and notarized is not quite clear,,, it could be misused!! this is why I did not follow them and renounced the prize, although they might be Legitimate and Honest.
