Freedom Mortgage- STAY AWAY!
Folks, BEWARE of this company! We had an extraordinarily horrendous experience with this company!!! It took nearly 8 months before WE FINALLY FIRED this company - simply for not being able to complete a simple refinance on our home. We were passed onto approximately 10 different people during these several months and we sent in all documentation they required numerous times due to their poor performance. Our house even had to be appraised TWICE due to their lack of doing their job. NO ONE at this company is held accountable for their actions! We are still in huge disbelief of what has taken place! PLEASE do NOT trust these employees- NONE of them will complete their job!! You will be taken in circles- I guarantee you. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! These people should be ashamed of themselves.
