Also, Foodland require Foodland's' Website vendors and contractors to have documented confidentiality policies. Foodland are constantly reviewing information security measures and safeguards to ensure that Website comply with industry standards and protect against unauthorized access to The Customer's personal information. This Policy describes how The Customer's personal information may be collected when The Customer visit Foodland's' Website or shop at Company's stores. It also describes how The Client's personal information may be used, when it may be disclosed, and the steps Foodland take to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure.

There is no cost to join the Maika'i Program. Visit any Foodland store and sign up with a cashier at checkout, or with an office clerk at Company's customer service counter. Simply download the Foodland mobile app, select the Maika`i card icon, select "register" and follow the steps to creating a new Maika`i account. The User can then use The User's Foodland app or The Customer's 10-digit number when The User of company services arrive and visit Foodland's' stores. Yes, however only one name can be listed on The User's receipt. Also a My Rewards Certificate can only be issued to the person who is the primary cardholder. Website need to have The User's current information so Foodland can look up The Client's account in Company's system in case The Customer have any questions, or if The Userve forgotten The Customer's card and need to use the phone look up feature at the store. Additionally, Website have now gone cardless with Foodland's' introductory card system, and Foodland need a phone number or a unique 10-digit code in order to create and look up cardless introductory cards.
