Website send Company's FREE Delivery by Post orders via Royal Mail 1st Class. These normally arrive on The User's chosen delivery date, however please be aware that in some cases it may arrive on the next available delivery date. Upgrade to Company's Guaranteed Delivery service and DPD will deliver The Customer's gift between 8am - 8pm on The Client's chosen day. Flying Flowers's' Hampers are delivered FREE by Company's selected courier on The User's chosen delivery date. The Customer's gift will be delivered in a Flying Flowers box, complete with a personal card message, flower food and full care instructions. The Company offer a variety of gift options, to see more information on how The Customer's chosen gift will arrive see Flying Flowers's' Flower Delivery page. Royal Mail may attempt to leave their gift in a designated safe place or with a neighbour. If this isn't possible, the gift will be returned to their local sorting office for collection.
