When the home security system was proposed we were told that the system would stay with this home and when we moved, a new system installed with this set up included in the price. Once we were moving after spending a full day on hold and being hung up on and told I would be called back to cancel.

I am still waiting for a call back to cancel the system and am concerned about my information being compromised.

The salesperson did not properly explain that everything would need to be removed from the current home so now it is under contract to stay with the house we have sold and we are still under contract. Speaking with customer service for the brief time I did they were very dismissive and not at all helpful.


User's recommendation: Stay away do not purchase.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
