Using a credit shell with BYOjet.com
I have a credit shell with BYOjet.com in respect of a cancelled flight to SouthAfrica with BA. The value of the credit is approx £5160.
I have until April 2023 to make a booking but actually wish to make a booking soon. All attempts to contact BYOjet.com are ignored. Can you advise whether I can use this credit shell to book a BA holiday ( flight +hotel) and how to actually book a holiday.
My original booking reference was BYO1160**** ( booked in MR 19 for flights to South Africa in Dec 19. Please provide assistance!
