This experience with this company has been the worst ever. It started off okay.

Recently I wasn't behind and they repossessed my vehicle. I called on a Wednesday and they told me I needed to pay X amount and I would need to speak with my account manager to discuss further. I called three times that day and she never answered nor returned my call. On Friday, I called to set everything up and make the payment.

She then told me a different amount and that I would need a money gram (the other lady told me I could call the payment in) and I told her that I had been trying to reach my account manager but she was never available... guess what?! She was the one I was speaking with. So I went and got the money gram, called the payment in, updated all my contact information because they needed to reinstate the loan, and went and picked up my car.

Everything was fine. Later on, I called back to check my account balance. No one answered.. I called multiple times from my cell and still no one answered.

I called from my house phone and guess what?! I received an answer! So today i received a call from them advising that my account is 34 days past due. I said no it isn't because I just paid to bring it current.

Long story short, they posted the payment but didn't update it to bring the account current. I pray that I will never have to use this company again.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.
