The chargers are for use with Fitbit Blaze model only. Not compatible with other Fitbit models. The Fitbit Charge 3 charger once again is different from the cables used by older members of the Charge line.

Fitbit calories burned.
My fitbit says I burned 1000 calories.. I started out on the treadmill with 1000 steps for the mid morning .
I walked on treadmill for 2 miles at 3.1 mph... At beginning of my walk I had burned a few hundred calories...My treadmill says I burned 260 calories..why such a discrepancy?
Hello there! Your Fitbit device estimates your calorie burn based on your age, sex, height, and weight. Make sure they are all entered correctly in your profile. If your device measures heart rate, the calorie burn estimate also takes heart rate into account. Please note that treadmill and any other exercise equipment may have different way of calculating calories burned so we don't recommend comparing data. COUNTING STEPS.
I just got my fitbit set up but it seems as if it is adding steps even when I'm doing nothing. I've been working on my computer for an hour and its added almost 1000 steps??
Hi there! When working at a desk, cooking, or doing other arm movements, a device on your wrist can pick up some extra steps if it thinks you're walking. Have a read on this article for more info on data accuracy: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1136. If you'd like to delete extra steps, here's how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1306#steps. Keep in touch for any questions.
