OCT 2021 I ordered an RV microwave online. I was supplied with a tracking number.

I tracked the order for 3 months and in Dec 2021 I received a childs blouse under the tracking number. I contacted Feoruo and they admitted shipping the wrong item and reordered the RV microwave and gave a new tracking number (UZ13654****CN) on 01/25/2022 and I began

tracking the shipment along its shipping process. On 02/20/2022 I received an email that my shipment had been lost during the transportation process.

I again contacted Feoruo and requested a refund and to cancel the order. They responded with an offer to refund 60% and there would be banking charges and handling fees.

I refused their offer and wanted a full refund.

I received a response on 02/27/2022 of a 70% refund which I am now refusing today. NOT sure how this will end but I will never order from them again and do not recommend their business.

User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
