Corporate failure: FedEx takes your money for guaranteed services but refuses to honor commitments when they fail. They prioritize profits over reliability and customer outcomes.
Their guaranteed services are meaningless and their customer service is non-existent. This company has systemic operational failures, driver accountability issues and zero corporate oversight. Avoid FedEx for anything time-sensitive or important. FedEx failed to deliver and falsely marked 'Business closed - No delivery attempt.' The driver either never showed up or fabricated the delivery status.
This was not an obscure address. In previous different cases, drivers refused to deliver to certain apartment complexes due to third-party service conflicts. Customer service: useless. Representatives disconnected calls mid-conversation.
No accountability. No solutions. No escalation path. Just excuses.
