I had bought a PlayStation 4 pro June 10 @ 11:38 am not even two weeks later the thing crashed and over heats I try and speak to them and let them know now finally after showing video proof of the faulty product that your store provided they were supposed to replace it July 1, 2022 unfortunately due to circumstances it could not be delivered I have provided my information to Francisco in the Union St., New Bedford location and he said he would provide the information to his manager Nicolas as I waited all day at 4 oclock I proceeded to call for the sixth time due to no answer finally I get a hold of Nicholas who proceeds on telling me he could not get a hold of me because he did not have my information sorry for see to tell him I had given that information to your employee Francisco I would like to speak to someone about the Bad customer service skills including the disorganization they have going in that store thank you for your time
