I have contacted Stewarts Law US to help me find grounds to sue FB and Zuckerberg.

Original review posted by user May 13, 2017

I went to make a post and a pop up came stating that my account was disabled for security reasons. It did not offer me any reasons or detailed explanation.

No warning or prior notification nor any offer to allow me to fix whatever FB complaint ref my account is. They registered on WHOIS and they provided false contact info to stonewall people from contacting them directly. Their help forums require a person to log in and I was not able to because they disabled my account. They also require a copy of state id for anyone to appeal their decisions which is out of line considering they will not make themselves available to the public and therefore how do I know who is really getting my id and social security number.

What kind of company that does not provide support for their products, does not provide transparency to their company is trustworthy. Four years plus of my personal data lost forever, no offer to allow me to download it. Plus unable to open another account when an account was disabled. Who the *** does this company answer to?

Who regulates it's existence?

Who can I contact to complain? And why can this place do whatever they want to people without just cause or reason/s?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Facebook Pros: In general.

Facebook blocked and required a photo selfie for my account before I even got it started up. Then they sent me an email saying I could one click enter which led me to a post that said my account was disabled which led me to an appeal form that requires my license, birth certificate, passport etc.

I have not even been on this account so I can't possibly have violated any terms. I used my real name, real email, real photo etc.

I think they're just screwing around with folks for the fun of it now or worse they're collecting personal ID data to sell. Can't think of any other reason they'd want to stall new accounts.

There are a lot of valid complaints here that makes that site look really sad! Shame on u Facebook!

Okay, Anonymous is a butt head. It does not matter that they say they can or cannot do with someone's account.

If they're being jerks, they do not have a license to do so. One of these days, the biggest class-action law suit ever will be filed against these clowns.

Just because they're a private business does not give them the right to bully anybody! The heck out of here, Anonymous on December 9, 2017.;

"Who can I contact to complain?"

No one chump. Did you not bother to read the terms of service you agreed to?

They tell exactly what they can and can't do with your account.

Don't want to provided them with the info they want, find another sand box to play in rather than whine and cry.

I'm guessing you trolled one too many or ran afoul of their advertising rules.

Hard to tell because you're not telling people what you did.
