I need adress to return an item.
I bought a beautiful dress from EZPOPZY I have to buy more dresses, but I need to return this dress .it was too small. i am in a hurry, we are having a prom coming soon . need y return address, ALREADY called the credit card to stop payment
- Please contact Ezpopsy customer service and indicate the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
- After receiving return instructions, please pack up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
- Add your order number(13 numbers) inside the parcel . (Simply go to My Account, click your Order History, select the right order number, and write it down or print it out).
- Take the package to your local post office and send it out. Take down the return tracking number and send it to the service team.

According to Ezpopsy.com, once an order has shipped out, Ezpopsy will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please track it in your member account:
- Login your member center and click "my account".
- Find the order which you want to trace and you will see the tracking NO. and shipping courier.
- Use the tracking No. to trace on the website of shipping courier.
Please note that their estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you have chosen and how quickly Ezpopsy can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you have chosen. 2-5 business days ( 5-10 days for the period of Holidays) of order processing time will be needed before the order is ready for shipping. It takes 7-14 working days for delivery by Standard Shipping once the parcel is sent out. It takes 2-5 working days for delivery by Express shipping once the parcel is sent out. I order five dresses and I need to return for refund or a larger sizes.My order number is (819022****997) I received my order on March ,11 2019 I order everything in a size ex-large and one larger every item fit like a size medium.
