According to the Ezpopsy return and refund policy, if you are not satisfied with the items you received, it is easy for you to exchange or refund.

The return procedure is as follows:
  • Please contact Ezpopsy customer service and indicate the item(s) you would like to return and the reason;
  • After receiving return instructions from the company, please pack up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing;
  • Add your order number(13 numbers) inside the parcel. Simply go to My Account, click your Order History, select the right order number, and write it down or print it out;
  • Take the package to your local post office and send it out. Take down the return tracking number and send it to the Ezpopsy service team.

Please allow 10 to 25 business days for the return package in transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for the company to process your return parcel arrived at their Fulfillment Center. You should get an email once they process your return or exchange.

  • Login your member center and click "my account".
  • Find the order which you want to trace and you will see the tracking NO. and shipping courier.
  • Use the tracking No. to trace on the website of shipping courier.


If you do not receive an email, you may send Ezpopsy an email at service@ezpopsy.com or call Ezpopsy at +852******** before placing another order for the same merchandise. 

Please note that their estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you have chosen and how quickly Ezpopsy can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you have chosen. 2-5 business days ( 5-10 days for the period of Holidays) of order processing time will be needed before the order is ready for shipping. It takes 7-14 working days for delivery by Standard Shipping once the parcel is sent out. It takes 2-5 working days for delivery by Express shipping once the parcel is sent out.
