I purchased hair color for the first time from eSalon.com. I didn't get the $10 offer for first time buyer.

I was charged $26.00, and it cleared my bank 4/10/19. I'VE NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can we say SCAM? Now I am searching the web for a contact phone number. I was unable to locate any way of contacting them about this situation on their site.

Also, no orders are showing up for me on their site. I'm at the boiling point!

Product or Service Mentioned: Esalon Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $26.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
