I have been trying to cancel my esalon for 3 months and you are *** at responding to cancellations. I will not pay for color boxes when I told you I wanted to cancel.
How can I proceed with my hair and my life when all of these esalon color boxes keep showing up. Plus you are charging me for these and I will not pay for them. I am happy to send them back to you.

I am going to go to the BBB with this situation if you don't just take my color boxes back and credit my account for them. If you sign up situation were as easy as your cancellation policy I would leave with respect.
