The first 2 times i used the color, it was Great! It was the color i wanted and looked for.

Deep mohagony(purple). The 3rd time it was, red... I dont like red. I dent a message, they sent another, red....

you dont know what the color is until you get it on your hair. I was getting tired of going to the beauty supply and paying AGAIN to fix the color. Told them 1 more chance to send the color i had. I got a rinse.

But you have to use their shampoo and cond to make it work. Sorry. Im not paying over $100. To esalon for shampoo/cond and rinse.

Cancel. Not happy at all. Peggy did not make me happy.

I just want the original color I had. Is that too much to ask?
