I've just finished trying to get this god awful product off my head after looking forward to making my hair look good for Mother's Day, I'm seriously wondering if I will have any hair left in the morning! My hair feels really dry, and still caked up, I've used their shampoo and conditioner, and done everything to the instructions, seems the one thing I is wrong was buy the *** product in the first place

Hi vixhans11 - We're sorry to hear you’re having difficulty rinsing the color out of your hair.

Gel formulations (like our color) can be tricky to rinse out fully.

Any remaining residue can leave a waxy feeling; however, a color-safe clarifying shampoo will help with this since it's specifically formulated for that purpose.

Thank you for replying, the product felt like glue trying to remove it was awful and took ages to get rid of taking some of my hair with it! My order has been cancelled and I will use a supermarket colour from now on, may have to use it a little bit more frequently but at least I keep my hair! Lol
