Emporio Armani - How can i get my sunglasses replaced

Recently i purchased an Emporio Armani Brand Sun glass (Model EA2011) from a reputed firm in Dubai. within a few days some strange marks appeared on the glass and coating of the glasses started peeling off.
I contacted the shop but they did nothing claiming that it was purchased on a special offer and they are helpless to replace it or refund. Since Emporio Armani is a well known brand i trusted on the quality of their product blindly and hoped at least 1 year usage without any issues. But i was mistaken.
What I got from them is the poorest quality product i have ever used. Really disappointed.

According to Emporio Armani return and exchange policy you can exchange your purchase at no additional cost within 20 days of delivery date. Fill out the Return Form, choose the “Exchange” option and select a replacement size and/or color from those available. However, these rules work for items puchased via Armani Online Store. My purchase was from a shop directly on special offer ( half price). I contacted the shop,they Collected the sunglasses. after 3-4 days they called me back and returned the same glass. This time the coating of the glasse started peeling off from all the edges. Totally fed up. Never expect such a bad experience from a branded company.
