So I used to be a customer of this *** business. Most of my orders are for parts and I order them online from their website. I ordered a part online that was NOT the right fit. I realized my mistake and try to cancel before the order is completed or picked up.
The guy never returns my calls or messages. Then I get a survey in the email where I voice my opinions about how their policies suck as well as their online service. They anyways charge me a few hundred for a restocking fee.
Time goes along and I order more parts as they are closer to my home. All is fine until a few orders.
After a few orders are completed, the *** who handles online accounts realizes that he got a bad review from me and decides to block my account. When I call and call and call, this fool John comes on the phone after a good bit of hiding and confesses that he blocked my account because of my negative feedback earlier which I honestly had written thinking it was their survey to make things better at their business. What a loser and then I ask him if its fair, he says he got the orders from management. What a bunch of losers both managers and schmucks.
Dont go here and John, fyi you are a disgrace and too thin skinned to take even a small criticism.
Dont worry about me, there are a lot of good Toyota dealers who deserve a good paying customer who has multiple Toyota vehicles. Its your loss
