I'm only giving one star because it is the lowest I can give. I was in an accident with someone that had this company.

They had the worst customer service. They failed to follow through with the claim and even told me they didn't know why they hadn't done anything on my claim. The accident was Nov. 4, 2016 and now it is Jan 10, 2017 and they still have not finished my claim.

They rushed me out of the rental car in 3 days and I was forced to purchase a new car before they paid me for my total loss. Now I have made 2 more car payments on that car and I am expected to make a payment on my new car. I had to come out of pocket to pay for the down payment on the new car and doing so used the money I needed to pay my bills. I have incurred multiple fees in my bank account due to lack of funds because my check went to the car.

I was waiting to use the payment from the totaled car, but have yet to receive it and now they are refusing to pay those fees as well.

Would NEVER recommend this company for insurance. They may have low rates, but it is because they are screwing people over.
