Alternatively, you can contact the customer support manager regarding any inquiry via an online form. It is available after clicking on “Contact” in the bottom menu. To receive a meaningful response, add as many details as possible along with an indication of a clear subject line.

Ekiben hours are Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. On Friday and Saturday, they are from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. They are displayed in the local time zone. Keep in mind that they may change. So, we recommend that you clarify the schedule on the home restaurant’s page. Regarding written communication, responses usually come within 24–48 hours.
