The EatnPark customer service number 1-412-461-2000 is the company's only published helpline for all queries and concerns. Users seeking information regarding deals, careers, orders, menus, and mobile apps can call this number for efficient assistance between business hours. Those requesting assistance with shopping, media-related concerns, or checking gift card balances can also use the EatnPark phone number for help. Those unable to resolve their issues on-call can consider meeting the company agents for better assistance. For that, visit the address Eat'n Park Hospitality Group, at 285 East Waterfront Drive, Homestead, Pennsylvania 15120, United States, between EatnPark customer service hours.

Users with all issues and complaints can reach the customer care team via the EatnPark email wecare@eatnpark.com between business hours. Since that is the only email address available for consultation, the response time is usually slow and can take up to two or three working days. That makes it comparatively less feasible than calling the EatnPark customer service number for urgent matters. Regardless, it is the best consultation method for general issues requiring additional proof or context to support.

To reach the business representatives online, open the EatnPark website in your browser and click Contact Us on the homepage. That will direct you to a new page with several categories. Select one among feedback, request smiley, donations, snapshots, and motorcoach to get directed to the relevant options for consultation. Submitting a request between EatnPark customer service hours will ensure efficient assistance. Clients can also use the links to follow the company on different social media platforms or download the EatnPark app from Google Play or the Apple App Store to enhance their overall experience with the company.

About

Summary

EatnPark began nearly a half century ago as the first Pittsburgh-area drive-in restaurant with carhops. EatnPark started on June 6, 1949 when Larry Hatch led a group to build a 13-seat restaurant in the South Hills neighborhood of Pittsburgh. The official opening time for the restaurant on Saw Mill Run Boulevard was 2 p.m. The original location was serviced by 10 carhops. The restaurant was so busy that it caused an enormous traffic jam on Saw Mill Run Boulevard and had to close to regroup a scant six hours after it opened. EatnPark happened to be one of the area's first carhop restaurants. Today it is a restaurant chain based in Homestead, Pennsylvania with over 75 locations in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. The chain is known for its Smiley Cookies.
