Yes, i agree, their customer service is horrible. CHRIS in Mt.
Airy was so rude and ugly. But i guess he can be after *** work and money in his hand. Oh well. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone!!
Ever!!! After our carport was put up one strong wind and it was tipped over a bit and bent all braces. Please if ur reading this go somewhere else!!!
Go now!! Do not buy!!!!

I agree that CHRIS is extremely rude, arrogant, and lacking customer service skills. The owner, a woman, should fire CHRIS now!
He needs to be gone!! The Mexican crew that put up my Eagle Carport failed to rachet or screw half of the bolts in the base to the concrete foundation AND failed to put a stop metal part on the roll up doors. CHRIS said it would cost $300 dollars to come fix it and that I have to pay $150 because I failed to tell them within 30 days of the problem! Who goes around to each screw to see if the crew screwed down a nut?
I said they did it on purpose just to get another trip to the beaches here at my expense. I am a 73 year old disabled Army veteran and had I known about CHRIS rudeness and the shoddy crew work, I would have bought elsewhere. Be forewarned, buy elsewhere!
I asked that the missing part be mailedvto me and CHRIS said that their plant in Tipping, GA was not set up to do that. That I have to pay $150 to have a crew return to Foley to correct their work!
