If The Customer's boots or shoes weren't quite right, DuoBoots would love to help The Client of DuoBoots find an alternative pair. On unsuitable items Website offer a refund, providing the goods are returned within 14 days from the day they are received, unworn and in the original condition, complete with the original packaging and The Customer's proof of purchase. The Customer's statutory rights are not affected. DuoBoots have partnered with Collect+ to offer The Client a competitively priced and convenient way to return The Client's boots or shoes. There are over 7,000 local convenience stores, most of which are open early until late, 7 days a week. Complete the back of The User's returns note and enclose it in The Customer's parcel. Print the label and attach it to The Client's parcel, covering or removing the original address label. Drop it off at The Customer's chosen local store offering the collect+ service.

DuoBoots Delivery Policy
Free UK Standard delivery for full priced footwear. Free UK standard delivery for full priced footwear. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on a UK bank holiday, will be processed on the next working day. All parcels are fully traceable after despatch. If The User of company services pay a delivery charge, and the goods were delivered to a destination within the European Union, if The User cancel The Client's whole order within 14 days after the day after The Customer receive The User's goods, Website will refund the Standard delivery cost. If The Customer pay for an upgraded delivery, www.duoboots.com will only refund the cost of Standard delivery. Delivery of product care is chargeable unless these items are ordered with full price footwear. Delivery times quoted are for in stock items. If The Client pre-order an item, the delivery time is from the date The Company expect to have the item in stock, as quoted at point of order.

DuoBoots Terms of Service
At this point, this website will link with Company's stock database to confirm whether the selected Products are available in stock (any order is subject to availability). The Client of DuoBoots will then be requested to submit The Client's personal debit or credit card, or PayPal details. The Customer's chosen payment method will be charged with the total amount, including any delivery charges and any pre-orders, once The User have completed The User's order. After placing an order, The User of Website will receive an order confirmation email from www.duoboots.com acknowledging that Website have received The Customer's order. The User's order constitutes an offer to Website to buy a Product. All orders are subject to payment approval and to acceptance by Website and www.duoboots.com will confirm such acceptance to The User by sending The Customer an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been despatched (the Despatch Confirmation) The contract between DuoBoots (Contract) will only be formed at this point.

DuoBoots's' boots and shoes can be bought online, over the phone, or in Company's Bath store. DuoBoots's' friendly Customer Care team can also take orders over the phone. www.duoboots.com has also got Company's own store in the World Heritage city of Bath, where The Client can purchase DuoBoots products directly and take home with The User The User can do this by selecting The Customer's shoe size and shoe width / calf width under ‘size & fit' on the left of the Women's Boots or Ankle Boots page. Alternatively search by The Customer's shoe size on the Women's Shoes page. If The Customer's order has already been despatched, The User of Website can request a refund and can return the item(s) to www.duoboots.com The User are responsible for the cost of returning The Client's item(s), however if The Customerve received a faulty or wrongly despatched item then the cost of returning the item will also be refunded by DuoBoots PURCHASES FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION: Any orders cancelled in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods will be refunded in full, including the cost of standard postage and packing.
