Took back coffee and the piece of equipment (it was a white hollow cylinder made of plastic) found in coffee drink. Asked to speak to manager which took 10 minutes while 2 employees were standing around not doing anything and she was at drive through window.

She did not know what to do. She did not apoligize or offer me anything and spoke very broken english. She said nothing was missing off her machine. I then asked her to call her boss or someone with authority .He said to take my number and he would get back to me later that week.

I did not want to give out my number to someone over phone whom I didn't know so I asked to speak with him. Again he spoke very broken English and basically accused me of lying and never apologized or offered me anything to compensate for my inconvenience. He said he would not do anything for me till he checked all his equipment. First of all why would I put a piece of plastic in a cup of coffee to get something free for $2.99!!!!

Where would I even find something like that. I worked in the service business for many years and the first thing your trained as a manager is Customer is always right!!! Yes Sir I'm Sorry how can we make this right is the first thing to say . By no means ague with the customer for 15 minutes in front of other customers!!!

I was appalled to say the least. Me ,My friends, and family will never go to another Dunkin" Donuts!!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
