Dungarees accepts returns of footwear within 90 days of delivery. Footwear may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched, no scuff marks and in as-new condition. When trying on footwear, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until The Client are sure that it fits correctly. Place the shoes in the manufacturer's shoe box with all of the original packaging. Ship the shoe box back in a separate shipping box The Client can use the original shipping box if available) Please do not use the original manufacturer's box as the shipping box when returning footwear. If these requirements are not met, The User of Website may not qualify for a refund and the items may be shipped back to The User at The User's expense. If an item is believed to be defective, mislabeled, or incorrect the return of the item must be authorized by a Dungarees customer service representative, and be reported within 15 days of receiving The User's order.
