Duluth Trading - Shipping Service Review
I ordered several items online during their most recent "clearance sale." Big mistake. After several business days (despite their online claim of 1 to 2 business days), I received an email saying that all but one of my items had shipped.
Later that evening I received another email saying that the last product I had ordered was out of stock although it showed up as in stock online. At first I thought that my situation was a one off type thing and that I had probably just gotten unlucky. No. I ordered from there again a few days later.
Six days after I placed my order I still had not even received the order update email (once again despite their 1-2 business day turnaround they tout on their site.) Incredibly slow shipping and very misleading and inaccurate information given on the website.
I was so disappointed that I spent the rest of my shopping budget at Cabela's. I will most certainly NOT order from Duluth Trading Company again.

I've had a similar issue both times I have placed orders it has taken over 2 weeks to receive my order (this is unacceptable in 2017). I also was told a shirt had shipped and then received an email saying they were out of the shirt entirely no other colours or sizes available.
The first time I waited 2 weeks to receive a jacket that the wrong sleeve was sewn onto it was way smaller than the other. I will say they dealt with that very well and fully refunded me for the jacket and shipping and sent me a new jacket right away.
I keep ordering knowing the products are of good quality even if getting them is a bit painful.
