I was finally able to submit a transfer request and Dubli contacted me today to tell me it will be up and running soon that the website switch had caused some delays. So time will tell....

I got an email that I had to create a new password to log in to the new system well after trying forever it can only be accomplished on your computer not a phone. But now that I have gotten back in I'm even madder.

You can't get to your transactions ....pending balances are lower now by several hundred dollars probably because the amount the stores are paying are much lower now but the biggest problem besides my lost pending balance is it will not let me transfer my balance I do have available. This company seemed so promising and now it's a joke and a rip off.

You can't even send a support ticket because you don't know one of the items they ask for to even create it. It wont let you submit it

This is Rachel Black who wrote this review. I finally got my money around August or September 2016.

It took forever and was a big hassle trying to get the submit transfer to work. I wont be continuing to use Dubli because it looks like most of the stores I shop at have renegotiated their payout amounts to a much lower percentage.

It just doesnt seem worth the hassle now.
