DreamDry ("DreamDry") collects information from The Client and The Client's computer in an effort to: improve The User's experience on Company's site; improve DreamDry's' site, products and services; and/or communicate with The Client of DreamDry about Company's products, services, contests, promotions and specials. DreamDry collects personal and contact information (such as The Customer's name, email address, mailing address, zip code, date of birth, and phone number) when The Client register with The Company participate in a contest or promotion or join Company's mailing list. Third parties providing software or services on Company's behalf may also collect such information for use in accordance with this policy. Website and/or DreamDry's' service providers may also maintain a record of The Client's product and service purchases, preferences and interests and may automatically collect and retain certain data about The User's computer, location, and site browsing preferences and history. To serve The Client better, the personal and contact information The User supply to Website will be added to Company's customer database and mailing list.

Appointments must be cancelled 12 hours in advance. All no shows will be charged the full price of The User's appointment. NOTE: If The User have extensions or extra thick/long hair please let The Company know so that DreamDry can make sure to give The User of Website additional time if needed. Customers are welcome to return new, unused products within 2 weeks of purchase. Used products cannot be returned. By booking a private event in the VIP room, The Client of DreamDry receive at least four stylists' undivided attention for the hour, in a private room, as well as champagne. The User of Website may also bring in catering, decorations, or other party props. Both treatments are nourishing, reparative treatments serviced at the same time as The Customer's wash. The Oribe treatment is a masque and adds 10 minutes to The Client's appointment time and can be booked online as a package with any blowout.
