I called Draper's today to ask about returning 2 items I had purchased that did not fit, when I saw on the return form they have a 90 day return/exchange policy. I did not know that when I placed my order (my oversight, admittedly), but thought they would accept the returns (in original packaging and never worn) for a merchandise credit.

WRONG. I was told the 90 day policy is basically written in stone, and I was now stuck with $81.00 in clothing that is useless to me - too bad. This was the 2nd time I've called Draper's regarding an order, and both times, the customer "service" woman I spoke with was rude and condescending. (The first time, they sent me the wrong item & I called to let them know.

Person was extremely rude to me). As a small business owner myself, customer satisfaction is EVERYTHING to me. Not so with Draper's.

Just a word to the wise - if you order from this company, get your returns sent back quickly or you are just screwed. Back to Nordstrom's for me, as excellent customer service is EVERYTHING to them.

Monetary Loss: $81.

I talked to 2 different customer service reps, both rude! The first one hung up on me once I asked to speak to a supervisor! I will never again order from them!

I ordered from Draper & Damons catalog and paid $13.99 for shipping I had to return article and was charged another $9.95 total $23.95 for something I could not use. Returned

card and will never shop their again. WHAT A RIP OFF
