Why are 'original' chicken tacos being substituted in online orders for 'al carbon'?The last two times I've ordered chicken tacos with lettuce and cheese (carbon) on line with ChowNow, only to have them come as original. I have both the online order from last night and the receipt from DOS showing the change, so it wasn't a mistaken order.
We really don't like the original taco but am wondering if there is an algorithm issue and whether I need to be calling in orders from now on? Thanks.
