New ReviewerI was enjoying my night with my friends and I was verbally abused by another patron calling me a *** *** or something along those lines.
He then continued to try and make me feel intimidated and so I reported him to the manager and also door staff who did absolutely squat about it.
Further more I then reported the incident to the police including the staff.
The staff I reported then put a call out to all other venues claiming I was ejected from Dorothy's and that I was too drunk to be admitted to anywhere from there on.
Every single time me and my friends have gone in their they have served us drinks wrong over charged us and served flat prosecco with Pawn star martini's.
I am absolutely disgusted by this behaviour and this manager is hated widely across Swansea I belive this impacts Dorothy's Custom and if their was a Notice it was under new management their would be more business generated from this single move.
I have attempted to contact the owner but have yet to reach him.
User's recommendation: Avoid this Place like it's Covid.
Preferred solution: Manager Sacked and other staff retrained and educated on the equality act 2010 and discrimination .
